They have directed large portfolios across North America and EMEA, consistently achieving cost savings and operational improvements at companies such as Optiver, Paylocity, and Wolters Kluwer. Bill has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led major renovations, and driven annual real estate savings through workspace optimization. Currently, they serve as the Director of Americas West Regional Real Estate & Workplace at Corient, while also pursuing an MBA at DePaul Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BA at Northwest Missouri State University.
