Chris Copps has extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors, holding senior leadership roles at prominent firms. Chris served as Senior Vice President at J.P. Morgan from January 1999 to March 2001 and at Kidder Peabody from March 1988 to March 1997, as well as at HALL Financial Real Estate Group from June 1982 to May 1987, specializing in commercial and multi-family residential real estate syndication. Following these roles, Chris worked as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch from November 2001 to September 2015. Since September 2015, Chris has been a Founding Partner at Corient after previously being a Founding Partner at Hambrect and Quist's Orange County office from February 1997 to January 1999. Chris holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, obtained between 1977 and 1982.
