Kenneth O'Brien

Kenneth O'Brien is a principal software engineer and technical lead specializing in instrument control applications for medical devices and biotechnology. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, they have worked for companies such as SCIEX, InfraReDx, and NinePoint Medical, where they delivered complex software solutions for various medical applications, including mass spectrometry and high-resolution imaging systems. Currently, O'Brien is focused on designing a next-generation vascular robotics platform at Corindus Vascular Robotics. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including an MS in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as coursework in Engineering Management at UMass Lowell.
