Head Of Technical Analysis at Corinth Pipeworks

Tim Dourdounis has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Tim started their career as an Engineer at Corinth Pipeworks in December 2004. After working in this role for four years, they were promoted to the position of Specification Review & Quality Certification Manager in February 2009. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing specifications and ensuring quality certification. Tim held this position until September 2011.

Following their role as Specification Review & Quality Certification Manager, Tim became the Head of Project Management Department at Corinth Pipeworks. Tim started this role in October 2011 and held it until April 2014. As the head of this department, they were responsible for overseeing and managing various projects.

After their tenure as Head of Project Management Department, Tim was promoted to the role of Head of Technical Analysis at Corinth Pipeworks in May 2014. In this position, they utilized their technical expertise and analytical skills to analyze data and provide insights to the company. Tim currently holds this position.

Prior to joining Corinth Pipeworks, Tim worked as a Senior Researcher at METLAB, specifically at the Laboratory of Metallurgy, University of Patras. Tim was involved in a research project focused on the use of stainless steel for the restoration of Ancient Greek Monuments. The project was successful, and stainless steel was used in the restoration of the "Athina Niki" monument at the Acropolis. Tim held this position from June 2002 until June 2003.

Tim Dourdounis completed their graduate studies in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras between 1991 and 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a PhD in Metallurgy, Cement, and Waste Management from the same institution, graduating in the period 1996-2002.
