John Ratcliff

John Ratcliff has had a diverse range of work experience. John started their career as an Events Technician at Biola University from 2001 to 2008. Following that, they took on roles as a Warehouse Receiver and Warehouse Buyer at Biola University from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as an Application Developer at HRAnswerLink from April 2014 to September 2014. From April 2014 to August 2019, John served as the Director of Technology at MammothHR | HRAnswerLink, where they led the development team, promoted scrum methodologies, designed platform solutions, built analytics systems, and implemented cloud re-platforming. John then joined DockYard, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2019 to January 2020. From 2019 to the present, John has been working as a consultant at John Ratcliff Consulting. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer Team Lead at Corista, where they have been since February 2020.

John Ratcliff has a well-rounded education history in theology and biblical studies. John obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Biola University between 2001 and 2004. John went on to pursue further studies at Talbot School of Theology, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in New Testament from 2005 to 2007. Later, they continued their education at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Theology degree in New Testament from 2011 to 2013.
