Troy Doller

Troy Doller is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in public sector engagement and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government at Cority since October 2025, Troy drives the strategic vision and market direction for the company’s public sector practice. Prior to this, Troy held various leadership roles at Hyland from August 2012 to September 2025, including Director of Federal Government, where oversight of strategic sales management facilitated growth and market presence in U.S. government entities. Earlier career highlights include roles at SIRE Technologies and FranklinCovey, specializing in government-focused sales initiatives and customer management. Troy holds an MBA from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
