Corlux Consulting is an independent technology advisory firm for community banks and credit unions. We help financial institutions navigate high-consequence technology decisions that shape how they serve members and customers for the next decade. Our work spans three main areas including evaluating and selecting fintech vendors, shaping digital banking strategy, and guiding the adoption and governance of AI. Across all three areas, our guiding principle remains the same. The quality of a technology decision, made before any contract is signed or system is built, determines the outcome more than execution ever will.

We bring a published, repeatable methodology to every engagement, and we hold ourselves to it. Problems are framed before products are considered. Finalists are reached by surfacing disqualifying answers early, not by scoring the best-written proposal. Every recommendation is backed by a documented decision trail the institution can stand behind with its board and its examiners.

Community institutions compete on relationships and local judgment, not scale. The frameworks built for the largest banks assume teams and resources a community institution does not carry. Our methodology is built for that reality, closing capability gaps without asking an institution to operate like something it is not. We offer independent counsel, grounded in evidence, in the service of decisions you can stand behind.
