Steve Barnes

Steve Barnes currently serves as the Group Chief Technology Officer at Corlytics, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Steve held the role of VP Technology / CTO at AQMetrics from June 2016 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing technology, engineering, and QA functions, while driving company strategy in risk and regulatory reporting applications. Steve's experience also includes working as an Enterprise Architect at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from August 2010 to June 2016, focusing on client deployment of the NetReveal product in financial institutions. Before that, Steve was a Technical Consultant and Solution Architect at Norkom Technologies from June 1999 to August 2010, contributing to the technical direction for anti-money laundering and fraud detection software. Steve’s career began at Cap Gemini Ireland in Network Services from September 1997 to June 1999. Steve earned a degree from Technological University Dublin from 1993 to 1996.
