Luke Hadfield

Luke Hadfield has extensive experience in the highways and civil engineering sectors, with a career spanning over 17 years at CORMAC and other organizations. Since February 2016, Luke has held multiple managerial roles at CORMAC, including Assistant Highways Operations Manager, Resource Manager, Works Coordinator, and Works Manager for Scheme Delivery. Prior to these positions, Luke served as Regional Designer for Highway Surface Treatment from April 2014 to June 2015 and has experience as a Highway Network Steward at CORMAC Solutions Ltd from February 2009 to April 2014. Earlier in the career, Luke worked at Cornwall County Council in several capacities including Highway Surfacing Technician, Contracts Technician, and Engineering Technician from September 2006 to February 2009, and started as a Materials Technician at the Engineering Services Laboratory of Cornwall County Council in early 2006. Luke holds a Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Plymouth University, completed from 2008 to 2010.
