Antony E. Pfaffle, MD has a diverse work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Antony E. started their career as the Founder and Managing Director of Black Diamond Research in 2001. In 2005, they became the Managing Director at Paramount BioSciences. Then, in 2006, they co-founded Cormedix Inc. and held various roles including Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Head of Patient Advocacy and Special Projects. In 2013, they served as the Interim Chief Medical Officer and Advisor at ParagonRx International LLC.

Antony E. Pfaffle, MD completed their High School Diploma with Credits at Poly Prep Country Day School from 1973 to 1981. Antony E. then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with Honors at The City College of New York from 1981 to 1987. Following this, they earned their Doctor of Medicine degree at New York Medical College from 1987 to 1989. Antony then completed their internship, residency, and Chief Medical Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital from 1989 to 1995, obtaining their ABIM American board of Internal Medicine certification.
