Mark Vasco has a extensive work experience in the field of law. Mark began their career as an Associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon in 1993, and later joined King & Spalding as an Associate from 1995 to 1999. Mark then worked at Nelson Mullins as a Partner from 2001 to 2006, followed by a position as a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at Cormetech since 2016.
Mark Vasco attended Syracuse University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree with Honors from 1990 to 1993.
