Matthew Bell

Matthew Bell currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CORMETECH since April 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at PlayCore from February 2022 to April 2025. Matthew's experience includes serving as Senior Human Resource Manager at Mueller Water Products from November 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing human resources for two non-union facilities. Additional roles include Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Gestamp North America, where support was provided to three tier one automotive facilities, and Manager of Human Resources, Safety, and Environmental at Comfort Revolution. Prior experience also includes being an Insurance Professional at Southern Farm Bureau and a Staffing Coordinator at Wise Staffing Group. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Tusculum University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mississippi State University.
