John Bode

John Bode is the President and CEO of the Corn Refiners Association, where they lead efforts in policy advocacy, legal proceedings, and industry relations. Previously, Bode served as the Principal at Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz P.C. and as a Principal at East Capitol Partners, advising food and agriculture companies on federal policy. Bode also held the position of Assistant Secretary for Food and Consumer Services at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where they significantly influenced federal nutrition policy and oversaw a substantial portion of the USDA budget. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, a Juris Doctor from George Mason University, and studied Political Science at Harvard Kennedy School.
