Kyle Herd, MBA, CSP, is a seasoned safety professional currently serving as the Director of Safety at CK Construction. They previously held roles as Safety Director and Assistant Safety Manager at The Shelly Company, where they oversaw safety operations across multiple divisions. With experience as a Health, Environmental, Safety & Security professional at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Kyle has been instrumental in implementing safety protocols and compliance measures. They also served as a Radiation Safety Officer at Marshall University, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in handling radioactive materials. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay.
