Craig Gentry

Craig Gentry is the Chief Scientist of Algorithms at Cornami, where they focus on optimizations in both algorithms and hardware. They developed the first fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) scheme in 2009 and contributed to subsequent generations of FHE, significantly improving performance. Prior to their role at Cornami, they served as CTO at TripleBlind and held a position as a Research Fellow at the Algorand Foundation, along with research roles at IBM and DoCoMo USA Labs. Gentry's academic achievements include a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Duke University. Their contributions to cryptography have earned them several honors, including the Gödel Prize and the MacArthur Award.
