D. Scott Mercer

D. Scott Mercer is a retired finance executive with extensive experience across multiple sectors. They served as CFO at Teralogic and Western Digital, and held prominent board positions, including Chairman of the Board at Adaptec and Chair of the Audit Committee for several companies, such as Conexant Systems, Inc. and Polycom. Mercer owned and operated Mercer Motorsports, achieving notable victories in motorsport events. They earned a BS in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Currently, Mercer serves on the board of directors for Cornami, Inc. and has been involved with various organizations, including Cal Performances.
