Lisa Bañez has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Lisa began their career in 2008 as a Human Resources - Recruitment & Staffing Consultant at Risk Management Solutions (RMS). Lisa then moved to Cortina Systems as a Human Resources Generalist - Benefits & Systems Specialists. In 2010, they became a Global Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs at Space Systems Loral. In 2011, they were hired as a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Global Programs & Operations at Electronic Arts. In 2014, they were hired as a Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Aerohive Networks and a Director, Global HR Talent Management at Navis, LLC. In 2016, they became a Director of Human Resources, Americas at GlassPoint Solar. In 2017, they were hired as a Director of Global HR Operations at [24]7.ai. Finally, in 2018 they were hired as a Global HR & Benefits Consultant at Apttus Corporation and in 2019 they were hired as the Head of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition & Office Administration at Cornami, Inc. In this position, they have 1 direct report and has led the selection, launch, and management of the company’s first HRIS system. During their first year of employment, they helped onboard 50+ employees by assisting in the hiring process.
