Cornbread Hustle
Cornbread Hustle is a staffing agency for second chances. We work with employer partners to provide meaningful, full-time jobs for people returning from incarceration, with criminal backgrounds, and in recovery from substance use. We offer free coaching to all our hires through our exclusive 12-Week Starting Over Program, which is now deployed in prisons across the United States at no cost to participants. We also provide consulting in human resources, second-chance hiring, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for employers nationwide.
