Richard Baker

Richard Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, data analysis, and marketing management. Currently, Richard serves as a Professional Development Expert at Corndel. Previously, Richard held key positions at Avado as Learning Delivery Manager and Learning and Development Coach, and at IRI and SymphonyIRI Group in various leadership roles focused on data insights and retail account management. Richard's career began at Nestle Purina as a Forecasting & Inventory Manager, following a role as Logistics Controller at Corus. Richard holds a PhD in Management Science and a BSc with 2:1 honors, both from Swansea University.
