Sofia Schmidt

Sofia Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sofia has most recently worked at Corndel as the Director of Commercial Strategy. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Vodafone, including Senior Planning and Strategy Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, and Commercial Manager. Sofia also had experience at Accenture as a Digital Strategy Manager & Strategy Consultant and Accenture Development Partnerships, Senior Consultant. Sofia's earlier career includes a role as a Territory Manager at Caterpillar, where they gained international experience in business development, strategy, and sales. Sofia also participated in the Starting Bloc Fellowship, which focuses on educating and connecting emerging leaders for positive social change.

Sofia Schmidt holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School obtained from 2011 to 2013, and another Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD earned in 2013. Sofia also has a bachelor's degree in Management from Purdue University, which they completed in 2005, specializing in Finance and International Business. In addition, Sofia has obtained several certifications including "Electric Industry Operations and Markets" from Duke University in 2023, and certifications in "Influencing Consumer Behavior" and as a "Certified Strategist" from Section4 in 2022.
