Vicky Bennett

Vicky Bennett currently serves as the Senior Managing Partner at Ginko Partnership, a practice specializing in Humanistic Coaching and Coaching Supervision, since May 2024. Additionally, Vicky is the Chief Executive Officer and Practitioner at HorseHeard, a charity focused on Equine Facilitated Learning for vulnerable populations in the UK, and a Professional Development Expert with Corndel, delivering leadership and project management training to major UK companies. Engagement with LeadChange Ltd as a LeadChange Practitioner involves creating tailored leadership and development programs. Previously, Vicky held various roles at WRAP from 2008 to 2018, including International Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed delivering EU Environmental Programs and managing international teams. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography from Loughborough University.
