Mac Naggar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2017, they worked as a Networking Specialist Intern at Bunker Labs. In 2018, Mac conducted Blockchain Regulation Research under the guidance of Christian Catalini. Mac also worked as a Business Specialist Intern at Cinch Technologies in 2019. Mac then became the President of FinePrint from December 2019 to June 2021. In 2020, they had multiple roles including Macro Research Assistant at Cornerstone Macro LLC, Capital Markets Intern at Algorand, and Vice President at Cornell Blockchain. Mac co-founded Tontine Digital in 2021 and served as a Co-Founder until July 2022. Mac also worked as a Trading Analyst at CrossTower from June to August 2021. Currently, Mac is a Fixed Income S&T Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Mac Naggar earned a High School Diploma from The Peddie School in 2018. They then pursued further education and obtained a Business Technologies: Business Innovation and Application Certification from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019. In the same year, they also studied Computer Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2020, Mac Naggar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Social Behaviors from Iona University. They went on to pursue a Master's of Science degree in Blockchain and Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia, which was completed in 2024.
