Paula Hirsch

Paula Hirsch is a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Operations Research in the School of Engineering. They have co-founded a non-profit, Dress the Part, which supports career re-entry for homeless women, and have gained recognition for their impactful work. In addition, Paula has served in various roles including a Summer Analyst at eap Latina where they developed dashboards that enhanced operational efficiencies, and as Head of Public Relations for Cornell Blockchain, significantly increasing the club's visibility. Their academic journey includes distinguished experiences at institutions such as Miami Dade College and Carnegie Mellon University.
