Jun Su

Graduate Research Assistant

Jun Su is a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University since August 2022, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science. Prior to this role, Jun Su worked as an NPD Technologist in the NZ dairy industry from June 2018 to August 2022, leading and assisting in new product and process development projects, with a technical focus on UHT whipping cream products. Earlier experience includes an R&D internship at Fonterra from November 2017 to May 2018, where Jun Su conducted food safety risk assessments for a cream cheese making process. Jun Su holds a Master's degree in Food Science from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Miami.
