Founded in 2002, Corner Office Consultants was born from a desire to challenge and transcend conventional recruitment methods with frictionless innovative solutions that provide exceptional experiences.

We get it – your Workday career impacts your entire life. 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓.𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆.𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆. And we think that you should be able to feel confident and secure as you build your team – or as you look for opportunities to unlock your true potential and elevate your career.

As a certified women-owned boutique firm, we blend over 20 years of recruiting experience with systems and process transformation as well career coaching to offer a menu of talent and career services that meet you where you are.

Our proprietary 7C Transformation Framework enhances career confidence and security for Workday professionals but also ensures a recruitment journey that is seamless, effective, and tailored to individual needs.

The result? An effective recruitment process that has maintained a 96% retention rate over four years.

So join us as we turn the tide on traditional recruiting to help you navigate the crests and troughs of your career—or as we like to say, 𝑯𝒆𝒍𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑹𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑾𝒂𝒗𝒆.🌊

Our mission at COC is not to be the biggest in the industry, but the go-to source in the Workday ecosystem.
