David Kutcher

David Kutcher is a Venture Partner with Corner Ventures.

Before joining Corner Ventures, David was the Managing Partner at Torian Capital Partners, which now invests exclusively on behalf of his family. Previously, he was a Managing Director with Broadband Capital Management, a New York based merchant banking firm and was an advisor to its successor firm, Broadband Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm. David started his career as an M&A and securities lawyer. David also participated as a principal in two SPACs and advised on several others.

David received his JD from Samford University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South.
