For nearly 3 decades, our team has focused on the needs of various public and private clients throughout Washington State, Oregon and Idaho. We have been continuously involved in new construction, remodels and modernizations in order to provide spaces that reflect the character of the client. 
Our approach to business and internal company policies are inclusive of the Owner in every step along the design and construction timeline.  We foster team work, while maximizing the use of new technology for communication, but, understand that face to face and site time is invaluable to provide alignment of the project team.
Along with new construction, remodels and modernizations, we have a  building envelope department that has excelled in investigation, diagnostic and repair of various building elements from below grade waterproofing, exterior walls and roofs.
