The Bank commenced operations on October 4, 1999, and conducts business from its main office in Moorestown and from seven  additional branch offices located in Marlton, New Jersey , Medford, New Jersey, Burlington, New Jersey, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Voorhees, New Jersey, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. and Woodbury, New Jersey  The Bank provides a broad range of lending, deposit and financial products.  The Bank emphasizes commercial real estate and commercial lending to small businesses and professionals. 

The Bank offers a broad range of deposit and loan products and banking services, including personal and business checking accounts, individual retirement accounts, business money market accounts, certificates of deposit, wire transfers, automated teller services.


The Bank’s market area is comprised of approximately 300 square miles in western Burlington County and northern Camden County, New Jersey.  The Bank has chosen this market because it believes it contains a stable, diversified economy.  Within this market area, the Bank presently focuses its activities in the suburban communities of Marlton, Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Medford, Burlington City, Cherry Hill, Mount Holly, Maple Shade, Medford Lakes, Evesham, Gibbsboro and Voorhees, New Jersey.
