Frances Ware

Frances Ware, PMP, currently serves as SVP and Managing Director of Commercial Bank Project Management at Cornerstone Capital Bank since August 2021. Previously, Frances held the position of Manager for Strategic Planning & Initiatives and Project Management Development at Ally from May 2020 to August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as PMO Manager/Senior Project Manager at LegacyTexas, Project Manager/Business Continuity Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and various positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Early career experience at Norwest Financial included the role of Credit Manager. Frances holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Louisiana Monroe, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
