Cornerstone is a network of independently contracted masters-level social workers and counselors based throughout New York State who use a transformative approach to mental health treatment by expanding and reshaping the delivery model based on 21st-century-specific needs.

Our initiative is to end cyclical poverty with an integrated community approach that includes wrap-around encapsulation with an integrated community approach in which mobile staff utilizes texting and technology.
