Thomas Birkett

Thomas Birkett is an Automation Project Engineer at Cornerstone Controls since June 2023, previously serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Bryllan LLC from August 2022 to June 2023. From July 2014 to August 2022, Thomas held multiple senior engineering roles at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on clinical supply upstream cell culture and downstream purification, where significant cost-saving and process optimization initiatives were successfully implemented. Earlier experiences include roles as an undergraduate research assistant at both Arnosti Biochemical and Molecular Biology Research Laboratory and MSU Biomass Conversion Research Laboratory, as well as a chemical engineering intern at Eli Lilly and Company. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in 2014.
