Ainae Schmaus has over six years of experience in project management and financial roles within the construction industry. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at CornerStone One, LLC since October 2017, Ainae is responsible for coordinating estimates, preparing submittal packages, and managing contract and insurance processing. Prior experience includes a position as Project Coordinator at Ellis Construction from March 2021 to January 2022, where Ainae managed Procore document systems and coordinated bid processes. Ainae holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Proficient in various software including Trimble Project Sight, Vista, Quickbooks, and SmartBid, Ainae also has experience in human resources functions and job cost tracking.
