Wendy Rustay

Wendy Rustay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in billing and client accounting, currently serving as the Director of Client Accounting at Cornerstone Research since January 2016. In this role, Wendy leads strategic billing and collections operations for a firm generating annual revenues nearing $500 million and oversees a staff of 14 across multiple offices. Prior to this position, Wendy held various roles at Cornerstone Research, including Senior Manager and Billing Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple teams and implementing effective billing practices. Wendy also served as the Legal Operations Manager at VMware and held significant positions at Bingham McCutchen from 1992 to 2015, focusing on revenue cycle improvements and process standardization. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Earlham College.
