Eric Lee

Eric Lee is SVP, Services and Support at Cornerstone. In this role, Eric drives global strategy and delivery, partnering across teams to ensure every customer realizes measurable success and lasting value from our solutions.

Eric brings more than 25 years of experience leading customer-focused services organizations in the software industry. Most recently, as Global Vice President of Professional Services at Smartsheet, he helped customers achieve greater business impact by driving triple ARR growth, improving retention, and launching innovative offerings that accelerated adoption. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at VMware, Infogain, Oracle, and BEA Systems, where he became known for aligning services strategy to customer success at scale.

Eric is passionate about building high-performing, collaborative teams, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and ensuring services and support are strategic differentiators in the customer journey. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), where he contributes to advancing the future of customer experience and services excellence.
