Lucy Hackman is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and integrated marketing communications across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth Marketing Americas at Cornerstone OnDemand since September 2024, Lucy has previously held leadership roles at Degreed, IBM, and Pitney Bowes, among others. At Degreed, Lucy championed innovative approaches to learning and skills, while at IBM, Lucy directed demand generation efforts for IBM Cloud. With a strong foundation in strategic marketing developed through positions at companies like American Express and Ogilvy & Mather, Lucy’s expertise encompasses customer engagement, marketing analytics, brand campaigns, and budget management. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Studies, with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from the University of Vermont.
