Mark Debono

Mark Debono currently serves as Vice President Sales for Cornerstone OnDemand, overseeing operations in the UK, Ireland, and South Africa since June 2018. Prior to this role, Mark held several positions at NGA Human Resources from 2006 to 2018, including Sales Director, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets, and leading successful new business initiatives. Mark's notable achievements include acquiring major clients like The Royal Bank of Scotland and Aldi Stores. Mark began a career in sales with ADP, focusing on new business development from 1996 to 2006. Mark holds a degree in Electronics and Maths from Liverpool John Moores University.
