Michaela Bourdenet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and project management, particularly within payroll outsourcing and process optimization. Currently serving as Principal Business Consultant at Cornerstone OnDemand since November 2015, Michaela has also held roles ranging from Senior Business Consultant to Implementation Consultant. Prior to this, Michaela spent over 17 years at Unisys, where significant contributions included leading payroll outsourcing projects in the Netherlands and Colombia, managing the onboarding project for the APAC region, and enhancing sales support processes.
