Mini Peiris is Chief Marketing Officer for Cornerstone, where she is responsible for shaping global go-to-market strategy, driving awareness, partner and customer engagement, and furthering the company's position as an industry leader in workforce AI. She leads corporate brand strategy, operations, field and demand generation, along with the product, partner, and customer marketing teams.

Mini is an accomplished go-to-market and product executive with 25+ years of experience guiding global tech organizations through periods of transformation and growth. Her executive journey began at NetSuite where she led product and global marketing through a decade of the company’s most important years of growth and was instrumental in establishing NetSuite as the fastest growing ERP. Her subsequent CMO roles at Doma, Elementum, and Ambra Health solidified her reputation for building high-performing teams, who align brand, product, and sales strategies for measurable impact. Most recently, she served as CMO at Nintex where she repositioned them from process automation to the leader in Agentic Business Orchestration.

Known for her commitment to operational excellence, Mini has taken three companies through IPO. She contributes to the broader technology ecosystem as a go-to-market advisor to emerging AI companies at Scale Venture Partners, and her prior work as a Director on the Board of Appen (ASX: APX)- the global leader in data for the AI lifecycle. She holds a BS in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
