Tom Wismann has extensive experience in the software engineering field, currently serving as Associate Manager, Engineering at Cornerstone OnDemand since November 2014, with previous roles including Technical Lead, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, Tom worked at Konetic as a Developer, and held the position of IT Development Manager at 4C Associates. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Software Developer at INPHASE Limited and as a Software Consultant at IVIS Group. Tom holds a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, attended from 1991 to 1995.
