Debra Hill began her career with CornerStone Staffing in 1997 as an Account Manager cultivating and sourcing new customers in Fort Worth. Within a few years she was promoted to Branch Manager and helped expand the customer base in the West Fort Worth, Arlington and Bedford offices. By 2004, Debra had moved from sales into operations with CornerStone Staffing and began working with the On-site Management team. In this new role, Debra found ways to implement technology to make internal processes more efficient. In 2007 Debra accepted the position of Senior Operations Manager and became responsible for the technology used in all 11 CornerStone Staffing offices. In 2012, Debra accepted the challenge to develop and expand CornerStone Staffing’s Social Media presence. Under her guidance and creative eye, social media has become an important part of CornerStone Staffing’s recruiting plan and brand advertising. In 2016 Debra was promoted to the Director of Technology and Social Media and in 2019 she was promoted to Chief Information Officer for CornerStone Staffing. Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
