Charli Kwan

Corning Optical Rotational Engineer

Charli Kwan is an accomplished student and educator with a strong background in mechanical engineering. At the Georgia Institute of Technology, Charli served as a Teaching Assistant for courses in computing for engineers and classical mechanics, managing large classes and leading laboratory sessions. Charli's research experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Safe Robotics Lab, focusing on ROS-based development for the AgileX Tracer platform. Previous experience at Corning Incorporated involved field engineering and product development internships, where Charli worked on automation systems and prototype design utilizing 3D printing and testing methodologies. Charli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.88 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in the same field at Georgia Institute of Technology.
