David Lyons

David Lyons possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Start-up and Operations Manager at Corning Incorporated since August 2000, with previous roles including Plant Operations Manager, New Product Innovation Project Manager, and various engineering positions. Prior to Corning, David held Production and Maintenance Supervisor positions at PepsiCo - Frito Lay from August 1997 to August 2000 and worked as a Process Engineer at AK Steel Corporation from June 1995 to August 1997. David began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer - Coop at Chesapeake Paper Products from January 1993 to August 1994. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University from 1990 to 1995.
