Emily Dudlets

Emily Dudlets is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRLDP Specialist in both HR Technology Process & Shared Services and Workplace Service at Corning Incorporated since September 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Communication at Volvo Group from August 2022 to August 2023, and Human Resources Inclusion & Diversity at Whirlpool Corporation for a brief period in 2022. Emily began a career in talent management as an intern at MAHLE and gained initial HR experience at UpCancer. Earlier professional experience includes a marketing project assistant role at Real Living Real Estate. Emily holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource and Strategic Management from Michigan State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the same institution, alongside an International Baccalaureate from the International Academy.
