Matt Loring

Matt Loring is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the HR Manager for the Advanced Optics Division at Corning Incorporated since June 2022, overseeing HR for multiple manufacturing facilities across the US and APAC regions. Prior to this role, Matt held several HR leadership positions at PepsiCo, including Multi-Site HR Manager and Plant HR Manager, where responsibilities spanned union manufacturing plants and significant employee populations. Matt's experience also includes a role as HR Business Partner at Land O'Lakes, Inc., supporting various dairy plants, and earlier work as a Sourcing Specialist at The Carlisle Group. Matt's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where roles included Non-Commissioned Officer during combat operations. Matt holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
