Natalie Smart is the Chief of Staff in the HR Office at Corning Incorporated, where they lead enterprise-wide communications plans and executive communications for key HR initiatives. With a rich background in communications across various sectors, including the public and private sectors in the UK and the US, Natalie has effectively managed internal and external communications, crisis management, and employee experiences. Prior to their current role, they held positions such as Corporate Communications Manager and Senior Communications Manager, demonstrating strong leadership in communication strategies and team development. Natalie earned an MBA from The University of Edinburgh, as well as a Master's in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA Honours in Classical Studies and Medieval History from the University of St Andrews.
