Steve Sovik

Steve Sovik possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the technology sector. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for the Technology Community at Corning Incorporated since February 2012, Steve has facilitated the IT global transformation initiative as a business partner to the Chief Digital and Information Officer. Previous roles include Division HR Manager and Human Resource Manager in Information Technology at Corning, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and strategic HR leadership. Prior to Corning, Steve held significant positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, and was the President at O2 Solutions Group.
