Whitney Stephens

Whitney Stephens is an accomplished professional in engineering and product management, currently serving as Product Development Supervisor at Corning Incorporated since October 2022, where leadership encompasses a team focused on innovations in fiber optic hardware. Previous experience includes Engineering Manager at Gared Holdings LLC, contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and a Product Manager at Allegion, overseeing Schlage residential mechanical door locks and enhancing product launches. At Dixie Chopper, Whitney managed an R&D engineering team and acted as project manager while ensuring budgets and timelines were met. Significant contributions were also made at Textron Specialized Vehicles in various roles, including managing a cost-out engineering group and leading engineering tasks for new electric hunting vehicles.
