The organisations building the AI-powered world need two things: engineers who design and train the models, and engineers who build the infrastructure those models run on.
Both are in short supply. Both require a recruiter who understands the work, not just the job title.
Cornucopia is a specialist technical recruitment consultancy with two distinct divisions, operating across the UK, Europe and the US.
Why these two disciplines under one roof?
AI compute demand is driving the hyperscale data centre boom. The engineers training the models and those building the facilities are two sides of the same structural shift. We positioned ourselves at that intersection deliberately.

What makes the difference — across both divisions:
A private candidate network built over 25+ years, most of whom are not on job boards. A process that delivers a genuine shortlist, not volume. A 96% placement accuracy rate. And a deliberate policy of working with a select number of clients at any one time.
Hiring leaders — if your roles have been open too long, let's talk.
Senior professionals — most of our best opportunities are never advertised.
