Jacob Briggs

Jacob Briggs is an experienced Analyst at Cornwall Insight since August 2017, focusing on market insight and competitor intelligence in the GB energy retail market, with a specialization in the electrification of transport. As a Co-Founder and Director of Norwich FoodHub since May 2016, Jacob has been instrumental in redistributing surplus food to vulnerable communities in Norwich. Previous experience includes a role as a Community Development Intern at Great Yarmouth Borough Council, where Jacob contributed to community resilience and project management under the ‘Neighbourhoods That Work’ programme, and as an Institutional Fundraising employee at Cecily's Fund, developing funding applications and managing community engagement. Jacob holds an MSc in Environment and International Development from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Geography from the University of York, complemented by study at Rutgers University.
