Veronica Truman

Veronica Truman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Veronica began their career in 1998 as a Bakery Counter Assistant at Sainsbury's, where they excelled in customer service and inventory management. In 2002, they briefly worked as a Shop Floor Assistant at NEXT PLC.

In 2002, Veronica joined EIC as an Energy Market Analyst, where they analyzed market trends and produced reports for the company's customer base. Veronica also played a crucial role in EIC's publication Centre News/Pulse and handled client inquiries. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Market Intelligence Manager, furthering their responsibilities in report compilation and consultancy delivery.

Veronica then joined Utilitywise in 2015 as the Head of Analytics & Market Intelligence, where they managed multiple departments, ensuring high-quality market information production and advising customers on pricing and trading compliance. Veronica also utilized customer consumption data to identify cost-saving opportunities. In 2018, they joined EIC again, this time as the Strategic Solutions Manager, overseeing service delivery teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Currently, Veronica serves as the Head of Content and Communications at Cornwall Insight, a position they assumed in 2019. In this role, they lead the production of high-quality content and collaborates with key stakeholders to select relevant content for various audiences. Veronica also supports campaigns and commercial strategies while maximizing the use of specialized skills and insight within the company.
